Why Renwick

Stop managing four vendors.

Instead of hiring

Salesforce partner builds the CRM
Bookkeeper keeps the books
Automation agency adds the AI
Integration consultant joins it up

One accountable team.

One contract, one point of contact, and nobody who gets to say "that's the other vendor's side."

The problem we solve

Your CRM and your ledger disagree every month.

Both vendors do competent work. Nobody owns the seam between them — so someone reconciles the gap by hand, every close.

Amounts that never match

Discounts applied in one system and not the other.

Duplicate records

Three Salesforce accounts mapping to one QuickBooks customer.

Dates in different months

Revenue depends on which system you ask.

Manual reconciliation

Hours per close on work an integration does continuously.

Selected work

What we've delivered.

Client names are withheld under confidentiality agreements. Happy to talk through any of these in detail on a call.

Fine art handling & logistics

Operations, finance and climate data on one record

A specialist art handling business ran on a custom Salesforce application, but the pieces that mattered lived apart — job records in Salesforce, invoices in QuickBooks, scheduling in calendars, and storage conditions tracked outside both.

We built a bidirectional Salesforce ↔ QuickBooks integration and connected Google Maps, Calendar and location APIs for route planning and job scheduling, plus Ecobee integration so climate conditions report against the works held in storage. An Experience Cloud portal gave clients direct visibility.

Invoices are no longer re-keyed between systems, and one record now carries the job, its route, its billing and the environmental conditions of the works.
Events & workspace operator

Enquiry to agreement to invoice, without re-entry

A multi-site events and workspace operator ran client onboarding and contracting across disconnected tools. Form submissions, signed agreements and financial records each landed somewhere different and were reconciled by hand.

We integrated Salesforce with QuickBooks, Jotform and PandaDoc, and rebuilt the internal workflow as automation inside their custom Salesforce application, with an Experience Cloud layer for external users.

An enquiry now flows from form to agreement to invoice without anyone copying data between systems, and the finance record reflects the contract automatically.
Real estate

A property marketplace built natively on Salesforce

A real estate business wanted the search and listing experience of a dedicated property portal, but running natively on Salesforce so listings, enquiries and agent activity stayed on the platform the business already ran on.

We built the application on Salesforce using Google APIs for mapping, geocoding and location search, delivered through Experience Cloud so buyers and agents work inside the same system.

Property search and enquiry capture live inside the CRM, so an enquiry arrives already attached to its listing and agent rather than as an email to be matched up later.
Professional services

Certinia connected to a ten-system estate

A services business running Certinia on Salesforce needed its finance platform joined up with the rest of a fragmented systems estate, including Workday and a further ten internal and third-party applications.

We delivered the Certinia integration work across that estate using MuleSoft as the integration layer, and built a custom Salesforce application over the top with Experience Cloud for external access.

Finance, HR and operational data move between systems on a defined mapping rather than through exports, with one application surface over the top.

Founder background

Beyond Renwick's own engagements, our founder brings nine years of hands-on Salesforce delivery across enterprise environments, spanning administration, development, data and AI. That depth is what lets a small team take on integration work most firms of this size decline.

How we work

A four-step engagement.

01

Discovery

We review your org or your books and find where things actually break down.

02

Proposal

Fixed fee for projects, monthly retainer for ongoing work. No open-ended hourly billing.

03

Implementation

Delivered on an agreed schedule, with regular check-ins rather than silence.

04

Ongoing support

We stay on to maintain and optimise what we built.

About

Built to close the gap between CRM, finance and AI.

Founded in 2023 to solve a problem companies keep paying for twice.

Businesses hire separate vendors for Salesforce, for bookkeeping, and for automation. Each optimises their own patch. The connections between them — where sales data becomes financial data — belong to nobody, and that is where errors accumulate.

We unify all three under one accountable team. Since 2023 we've delivered more than twenty client engagements across Salesforce development, bookkeeping and the integrations between them, with a Salesforce certified team covering administration, development, data and AI.

Questions

Straight answers.

How big is the team?

Small and deliberately so. Renwick is founder-led with specialist bookkeeping support, which means the person scoping your project is the person delivering it. If a project needs more capacity than we have, we say so at proposal stage rather than after you have signed.

What does an engagement cost?

Salesforce projects are quoted at a fixed fee once scope is agreed, so you are not exposed to open-ended hourly billing. Bookkeeping runs as a monthly retainer sized to your transaction volume. You get a written scope and price before any work starts.

Can you work alongside our existing accountant or partner?

Yes, and often that is the sensible arrangement. If you have a bookkeeper you trust, we can take the Salesforce side and the integration between the two. The reverse works equally well.

How do you handle our financial and customer data?

Access is granted on a need-to-know basis under the confidentiality terms in your engagement agreement. We use named accounts rather than shared logins, request the minimum permission level for the work, and remove access when an engagement ends.

What exactly do you mean by "AI"?

Specific, useful things. Agentforce and Einstein configuration. Agents that handle routine service tickets so your team handles the ones needing judgement. First-pass transaction categorisation with a human reviewing flagged exceptions. We are equally clear on where AI is not reliable — ambiguous transactions and chart-of-accounts decisions still need a person.
